Carita Beach, located just three hours from Jakarta, is home to a newly renovated hotel that commissioned us to design a bespoke beachside playground. The centerpiece of the design is a play structure featuring three main towers, interconnected by a series of bridges. At the heart of the playground lies a large, crater-like formation that conceals a secret archaeological digging zone, accessible through tunnels and openings in a suspended climbing net. The iconic structure draws inspiration from a teepee shape, constructed primarily with durable Indonesian Ironwood for the main posts, alongside hot-dip galvanized steel and stainless steel components for strength and longevity
